Beef Vegetable Soup

 

 Escape from the winter brrrrrs — with the warm, healing comfort of this healthy and nutritious vegetables soup.

7 Lt Water
2 Kg Beef Bones
1/2 Onion
2 tsp. Salt
3 Garlic
5 Whole Pepper Corn
Pressure Cook the First 6 Ingredients for about 1 hour.
Strain stock:

1/2 Cabbage
1/2 Onion
4 Carrots
1 Celery

4 Zucchinis
Chop this 4 ingredients and add to the stock.
Ad

1 Whole Anaheim Pepper
1 Whole Jalapeño Pepper

Remove after soup is ready

Ad flavor:

1/2 Package of Knorr Noodles with Chicken

1/2 Package of Knorr Noodles with Tomato
1 1/2 tbsp. Knorr Tomato base

1 1/2  tbsp.  Knorr Chicken base
1 V8
1 cup Tomato Puree
2 Bay Leaves

Top it of with some cilantro
