-Cut chicken breast into bite size chunks (chicken wings), season with season salt.

 

-In a plastic bag add the flour and seasoned bonless chicken wings, shake boneless  chicken wings. discard any leftover flour.

 

-Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.

 

-Pour over fried boneless chicken wings and bake uncover for 20 min. at 350 F.

 

THE MEAL

Ingredients:

3 halves chicken breast (Cut into chunks)

1 tsp. Season Salt (Lawry’s)

1/2 cup flour

BBQ:

1 Cup Ketchup

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp. dark brown sugar

3 tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. liquid smoke

1 tbsp.  Hot sauce

1/2 cup tomato juice

1/2 tsp. salt

 

Instructions:

-Cut chicken breast into bite size chunks, season with season salt.

-In a plastic bag add the flour and season chicken, shake chicken pieces. discard any leftover flour.

-Deep fry chicken chunks until well done.  Place the chicken in a medium size casserole pan.

-Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.

-Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.

-Pour over fried chicken and bake uncover for 20 min. at 350 F.
