Cottage Cheese Fritters
You can use any kind of cottage cheese, I prefer home made.
1 lb Cottage Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 Cup Cream
1 Cup Flour (More if cottage cheese has a lot of liquid)
Combine all the ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Make bite size balls and roll them in flour.
Press them to make a patty. Fry them in a pan with 1/2 inch Mazola oil,
until golden brown from both sides.
- Love to eat them with Fresh cooked Beans
Serve them with ketchup
