Flautas with Pico de Gallo

Flautas with Pico de Gallo

Flautas is a real Mexican Food. Since I’m born in Mexico and have lived

here all my life. I so love Mexican Food. Even do I need some more

practice to eat it very spicy.

Flautas
Cooked Chicken Breast.  Cook Chicken according to these instructions.

If you don’t have fresh corn tortillas, dip them in water and heat them, so they will be soft and easy to roll up.

Add the chicken and roll them up when tortillas are still warm.

Heat  a pan with 1/2 inch of   corn oil. Lay the flautas side by side so they won’t roll out.

Prepare some Pico de Gallo and enjoy your Flautas.

 

Ingredients

2 half Chicken Breast

15 Corn Tortillas

1 Bay Leave

1 tsp. Salt

4 Peppercorn

Instruction

Pico de Gallo (Salsa)

1/4 Onion (finely chopped)

1 Jalapeño Pepper

1/2 Tomato

Cilantro

1 tsp. Lemon juice

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/8 cup Tomato Pure

 

Instructions

Finely chop the onion, Jalapeño Pepper, tomato and Cilantro.

Add Lemon juice, Salt and Tomato Pure.

Let stand for an hour or over night.
