What I'll try to avoid is excessively fussy foods or supper rare ingredients. I think food should be accessible, and am certain that you don't need a lot of strange food to cook fantastically.
Will be posting food from around the world, Europa (puff pastry, pizza, vranaky), North America (wings, bread stick, burgers), Mexico (tacos, barbacoa and chile Colorado). And a lot more.
My parents owned a Restaurant for 25 years, and now My husband and I have had our own Restaurant for over 14 years. That gives me some experience in Food. And still enjoy creating new things with fresh ingredients.
