How to get the perfect home made Ruffles?

Crunchy and delicious.

White or Russet Potatoes
Wash and peel potatoes .Cut Ruffles, slide once,
turn the potato half way and slide again.
Soak them in water and vinegar for 1 hour to get en extra crunch.
After soaking them in water and vinegar drain the excess water, and deep fry them,
I always use Mazola Oil so they don’t stay greasy.
Salt them when they are still warm.
Heat the Cheddar Cheese and serve.
