Italian meat Balls

If you love Italian Food like I do, you will love these soft and flavorful meat balls.

It’s a delectable dinner to fill everybody’s mouth.

Meat Balls Ingredients: Ground Beef, Bread Crumbs, cheese, water, salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning, egg.





Italian Meat Balls
Form into 1 inch balls and fry them in oil.

Brown the balls from both sides.

Ad all the sauce ingredients: Tomato Pure, water, cream of tomato, garlic, oregano.

Italian Meat Balls Bring them to boil, cover and simmer for 15 min.

Meat Balls

1 lb Ground Beef Meat

1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs

1/2 Cup Grated Cheese

1/4 Cup Grated Onions

1/4 Cup warm Water

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1 Egg



2/3 Cup Tomato Pure

2 Cups Water

1/2 Cup Cream of Tomato

1/4 tsp. finely chop Garlic

1/4 tsp. Oregano



Mix all the ingredients for the meat balls and form into 1 inch balls.

Fry them in oil. Browned  the balls from both sides.

Drain the oil. Then add all the ingredients form the Sauce.

Bring it to boil, cover and simmer for 15 min.


I cooked home made wide egg noodles, and served it with the meat balls.
