Maple Cinnamon Pinwheel Rolls
Every time I decide to bake these things, it’s just
a little piece of heaven down here on earth where
everything seems to be so unfair a and corrupt you can
enjoy these little things and forget all the bad things
for a moment.
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1 1/3 Cup Butter
Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Divide into 6 pie plates.
1 1/2 Cup warm Water
1/2 Cup warm Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
7 1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Tbs. Yeast
2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1 TBS Flour
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients to form a soft dough. Let it rise for 1 hour, punch it down and let it rise for 3/4 of an hour.
Divide the dough in 12 balls. Roll the dough out to the size of the sheet (9 inch). Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll out another dough
and place it on top of the cinnamon sugar. Cut it like a Pizza, don’t cut the center. Twist them, let the rise for 1/2 an hour and bake the at
305F for 20 minutes or until golden. Once they are done place the upside down and enjoy!
