Mexican Bean Taquitos

Did you know that a tortilla has a right side to fry them?  If you fry them on the right side they will be crisply on the other side they get hard, lets see which is the right side!

The side with more spots, should always be on the outside!

Spread the refried beans on the side with less spots.


Fry them in a pan, with some oil.


Flip them over and fry them until crispy on both sides.


We use to serve these Mexican Bean Taquitos with tomato juice.

When we grew up, my parents didn’t have a lot of extra money, so my mon  always tried to make the best out of it. So I grew up eating a lot of these bean taquitos. They are cheap, easy to make and very nutritious. And the most important  thing they taste very good!
