Quick and easy recipe that is great at parties and showers.
You can use any combination of chopped veggies and cheeses-whatever
your family likes.

Dough Ingredients: Flour, Backing Powder, Egg, Salt, Milk and Oil.

Sauce Ingredients: Ranch (I love Hidden Vally), Cream, Mayonnaise and Cottage Cheese.

Dressing or Pizza Sauce.

Pizza Toppings: Celery, Sweet Peppers, Broccoli Coliflor, Carrots, Cheese, Fried Bacon and Aguacate (Optional).

2 Cup Flour

1/2 Tsp. Backing Powder

1 Egg

1 Tsp. Salt

2/3 Cup Milk

1/4 Cup Oil (Mazola)


Dressing or Pizza Sauce

1 Cup Cottage Cheese

1/2 Cup Ranch (Hidden Vally)

1/2 Cup Cream

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise




Sweet Peppers



Carrots (Shredded)



Aguacate (Optional)




Place the Flour. Backing Powder, Salt in a bowl, and stir.  Than add the Egg, Milk, and Oil and mix until the dough ist smooth. Roll the Pizza dough into a Ball on the countertop. Place into a bowl and let it sit for 15 min. On a floured surface roll the dough to fit in one greased 12 inch round Pizza Pan and one 9 inch greased round Pizza Pan. To avoid bubbles in the dough pick it with a fork. Bake the crust for 15 to 20 min at 350 F or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.


Combine al four Ingredients for the sauce an spread over the Cooled Backed Crust.


Choose whatever toppings you like an make it a Nutritious Vegetable Pizza.
