Cut up chicken into 1 inch squares, season with Lawry’s season salt.

 

Fry chicken in butter until done

Blend the Paprika than add the cream

Brake the fried Corn Tortillas up and crumble over chicken.

Ingredients:

2 halves Chicken Breast

1/3 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Cream

1 tsp. Season Salt

1 Can Canned Paprika (Chile Moron)

10 Fried Corn Tortillas (Totopos)

 

Instruction

Cut up chicken into 1 inch squares, season with Lawry’s season salt.

Fry chicken in butter until done

Blend the Paprika than add the cream

Place the chicken in a casserole pan

Brake the fried Corn Tortillas up and crumble over chicken.

Pour sauce over the chicken en tortillas and mix well.

Sprinkle with Cheese

Wrap with foil and bake for 30 min at 350F
