Strawberry Rolls

Ingredients:

Glaze Rolls

2 Tsp. Yeast

2 1/4 Cups Water

3/4 Cup Oil

1 Box Cake Mix

4 Tbsp. Sugar

1 Tbsp. Salt

2 Eggs

5 1/2 Cups Flour

Mix dry ingredients and the wet ones in separate bowls.

 

Mix to a uniform dough, mixing for 10 min.

Adding more flour if needed.

Let dough rise until double sized.

 Roll out.

 Top with strawberry glaze.

 And make rolls.

Let rolls rise for about 1/2 an hour,  and bake for 15 min at 350F.

Sauce:

1/2 Cups Cream

3/4 Cup Sugar

2 Tbs. cornstarch

1 Tbsp. Vanilla

Bring this to a boil.

While Rolls are still warm, dip in sauce.
